Job Description

We are looking forward to hire SAP (SuccessFactors)- Comp Professionals in the following areas :

Experience - 5-10 years

Should know all parts of Compen ion and Variable Pay module, including compen ion statements.
Should know how to route forms when needed.
Should be able to understand formula on Compen ion worksheets.
Understand how Up forms works.
Understand the different backend tables that are involved in Variable Pay module. Goals, Weights etc.
Understand how to configure XSL needed for custom compen ion statements.
Must have a certification, so that work in provisioning.
It would help if the consultant is certified in Compen ion and Variable Pay.
Supporting the Customer for the Talent Management Process
Understanding of Client requirements and Providing Recommended Solution for their Appraisal and Succession process
At least Five end to end implementation of SuccessFactors PMGM
Should be very much familiar with Latest Goal Management Module
Gather and analyze the clients Business. Requirements
Configure/design SuccessFactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices.
Leading the Documentation process for Release / Refresh Activities
Very Strong on Customer Handling Role
Providing support for Pre Sales activities
Leading minimum 2 E2E Implementation projects for PM/GM/SC/CDP modules
Managed E2E implementation projects for LMS Module
Manage SF LMS system integration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.
Execute test plans to vali system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
Sound knowledge in Reporting for LMS and skilled in building Custom reports using PRD.
Experience with the integration of SF LMS with external tools like Degreed and other SF modules.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
Good to have any SAP Certification
Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
