Role Overview: As a Resource Management Support Analyst at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in managing staffing data for businesses like Tax & Tax Technology. Your responsibilities will include using various staffing tools for scheduling, data management, reporting, and engaging with team members to understand their data requirements. Your attention to detail, data collection, evaluation, and report generation skills will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain high proficiency in all Resource Management tools and relevant Deloitte technology resources. - Ensure hygiene factors for the assigned population are met as defined by the respective business in STAFFIT and other platforms. - Support the data requirements of the Resource Manager and key stakeholders in the business. - Maintain data quality and SLAs. - Comprehend work requests and understand specifications. - Generate reports and analysis for the Resource Managers. - Assist in summarizing conversations and conference calls with leadership and deployment discussions. - Share status updates on ongoing activities and tasks. - Support ongoing resource management special projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate or Graduate in HR or any other stream. - 2-4 years of overall experience in supporting an HR workstream or a shared services model.
