Project Role: Consultant- Real-World Data (RWD) Work Experience: 2 to 8 Years Work location: Bengaluru/Pune/Gurugram Work Mode: Hybrid Must Have Skills: Real-World Data (RWD), Healthcare, Data analytics, SQL/Python Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Consultant to join our Real-World Data (RWD) team. The selected candidate will support data analysis activities using IQVIA Connected Intelligence RWD and clinical data assets across multiple R&D projects. This role involves close collaboration with Therapeutic Analytic Leads to ensure standardized, data-driven decision-making at the indication, program, and study levels. Key Responsibilities: Leverage IQVIA Connected Intelligence datasets to inform and enhance clinical trial strategies (pre- and post-award). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on data analytics requirements, capabilities, and deliverables. Lead the development and implementation of analytics methodologies, including: Country evaluation and ranking Competitive landscape assessments Historical recruitment analysis Patient density analytics Generate patient insights using RWD to support site targeting strategies. Coordinate the collection and analysis of site outreach data to inform country/site strategy development. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 2-7 years of experience in data analytics, clinical research, or consulting within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Experience working with large-scale electronic data (e.g., medical claims, EMRs/EHRs, prescriptions, sales data). Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and healthcare market and drug development lifecycle. Preferred experience working with global, cross-functional teams. Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages (Python, R, Spark, PySpark) and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) is advantageous. Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Logical problem-solving and task prioritization abilities. Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and systems. Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
