Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatrician to join our dedicated team at our Hospital . This role is crucial in providing comprehensive healthcare services to children, from infancy through adolescence. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions, ensuring the health and well-being of our young patients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations of infants, children, and adolescents to assess their health and development.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and developmental disorders.
  • Provide preventive healthcare services, including immunizations, health screenings, and wellness check-ups.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop treatment plans and health education strategies tailored to the needs of each child.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to pediatric care.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Pediatrics.
  • Board certification in Pediatrics or eligibility for board certification.
  • Valid medical license to practice .
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
  • Compassionate nature and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a pediatric setting, preferably in a community health environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Interest in pediatric research or community health initiatives.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • Knowledge of current pediatric guidelines and best practices.
  • Understanding of child development and behavioral health.

Soft Skills and Cultural Fit

  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children and families.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
