Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Paediatrician to provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate should be patient-centric, clinically sound, and capable of handling both OPD and IPD responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine check-ups, newborn assessments, and developmental screenings.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children.
Manage paediatric emergencies and coordinate with NICU/PICU teams when required.
Provide vaccinations as per national immunisation schedules.
Monitor patients’ growth milestones and overall health.
Educate parents/guardians on child health, nutrition, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
Participate in hospital rounds, case discussions, and clinical meetings.

Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical knowledge of paediatric diseases and treatments.
Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Empathy and patience in dealing with children and parents.
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

Valid medical license/registration (MCI/NMC/State Medical Council).
Experience in OPD/IPD, NICU/PICU exposure preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
