Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee tenant configuration and management, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with best practices.
Monitor and control user access in accordance with security models, managing roles and permissions across multiple tenants.
Implement and enforce security policies, investigating tenant activity for compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage resource usage and capacity planning, troubleshooting performance issues and advising on future needs.
Serve as the primary contact for tenant-related incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues while providing updates to stakeholders.
Develop and document procedures and best practices for tenant governance and administration.
Utilize monitoring tools to track tenant health and generate reports for IT leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT, security, data engineering, and business teams to align tenant configurations with organizational goals.
Stay updated with platform changes and recommend improvements to enhance tenant efficiency and user satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric Administration
Expertise in Azure administration, security, and governance
Proficiency in tenant configuration, user access control, and role/permission management
Experience implementing security policies and compliance frameworks
Knowledge of resource usage monitoring, capacity planning, and performance troubleshooting
Familiarity with incident management and escalation procedures
Nice-to-Have: Experience with Power BI, workspace administration, datasets, and report-sharing controls
