Your key responsibilities
- Role Overview As a Consultant in EY s People Advisory Services team, you will work with clients to deliver strategic HR solutions, workforce transformation, and compliance advisory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement people-centric strategies that drive business performance. Key -Assist in delivering HR transformation projects, including organization design, workforce planning, and change management. -Support clients in areas such as global mobility, compensation benefits, and HR compliance. -Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to provide actionable insights. -Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects. -Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and regulatory changes impacting HR practices. Expected -Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance frameworks. -Ability to analyze workforce data and provide insights using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. -Familiarity with labor laws, taxation related to employee mobility, and global HR practices. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Knowledge of HR technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) is an advantage.

Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in People Advisory Services
- Exposure to global mobility, compensation benefits, or HR transformation projects will be an added advantage.

You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
