The Assistant Manager - Digital Learning LMS is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, management, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

1. LMS Implementation Management

Analyze system performance and optimization current platform, Maintain and enhance LMS functionalities
2. Learning Analytics Reporting

Design and generate dashboards that provide real-time insights, Leverage data analytics to track learning effectiveness, identify gaps
3. Knowledge Content Management (SharePoint)

Build and maintain a centralized knowledge repository on SharePoint, Structure, organize, and update content regularly
4. Mandatory eLearning Compliance

Ensure 100% completion of mandatory training programs, Develop strategies for tracking and reporting compliance training progress
5. Project Management Learning Technology Innovations

Lead digital learning projects, including new system rollouts, platform enhancements, and automation initiatives, Define project scopes, set clear timelines
6. Documentation Process Optimization

Develop and maintain SOPs, training guides, and technical documentation, Streamline learning workflows and processes
Key Skills Competencies:

SAP Success Factors LMS Expertise, Data Analytics Dashboarding, SharePoint Knowledge Management, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Attention to Detail, Excellent communication skills, Qualifications Experience:

Education: Master s degree in HR/ Learning Development or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in managing LMS platforms, digital learning technologies, or eLearning operations

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in LMS administration, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools
Familiarity with eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and content authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) is a plus Open for contractual job and travel
