Experience in IT/e-Governance consulting and large transformation programs. Supports day-to-day execution of project under Project Director/Manager. Responsible for RFP drafting (scope, evaluation, payment, technical/legal sections), stakeholder consultations, technology assessments, and preparation of scoping reports. Assists in bid management, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and bid evaluations. Reviews KT and transition plans, deliverables (SRS, SDD, RTM, etc.), and ensures contractual compliance. Monitors project tracks (DC/DR, migration, infra, application), SLA adherence, and capacity-building activities. Provides regular reports, documentation, and recommendations throughout all phases of project execution.
