Consultant - Hyperion P&E

Key Skills: Hyperion, EPBCS, PCMCS , PBCS Roles and Responsibilities: Implement and support Hyperion Planning & Essbase, Oracle PBCS, EPBCS, and PCMCS solutions across client engagements Design, build, and maintain ASO/BSO cubes with a strong focus on performance and scalability Develop complex business rules and allocation logic within PBCS/EPBCS and PCMCS to meet customer planning and costing needs Configure and manage Data Management/FDMEE integrations for metadata and data loads Create and customize financial reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio/Web Studio based on business requirements Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users and translate them into technical specifications Perform cost-benefit analyses to propose effective EPM design and delivery strategies Manage security provisioning and Shared Services configuration for user roles and access Participate in prototyping, enhancement planning, and performance tuning of EPM applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute batch jobs, automate processes using EPM Automate, shell scripting, and Groovy scripting Support data and metadata management processes aligned with EPBCS/PBCS architecture Assist in developing documentation and training materials for end-users and administrators Skills Required: 2-9 years of experience in implementation of Hyperion Planning & Essbase and/or Oracle PBCS, Oracle EPBCS solutions Project experience in EPM Suite of Products 11.x and/or Oracle PBCS, Oracle EPBCS, Oracle PCMCS Strong understanding of ASO/BSO cube development Strong knowledge of Aggregated storage and MDX calculations Proficiency in creation/customization of Business Rules in PBCS/EPBCS and/or Allocation Rules in PCMCS Ability to create complex reports using Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio/Web Studio Understanding the integration requirements and ability to build FDMEE/Data Management components Conduct cost-benefit analysis to make proposals related to design, development, and delivery Experience with designing and creating security as well as provisioning users in Shared Services Preferred: Should be involved in the Prototyping, planning for Enhancements and Performance tuning of Hyperion Planning and Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS applications Knowledge in EPM Automate, Batch/Shell scripts & Groovy scripting Knowledge on Data Management (Data and Metadata) associated to EPBCS or PBCS Knowledge of reporting tool (such as Financial Reporting Studio, EPRCS or any third-party reporting tools) Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
