Review of complaints allotted to them in CRM and responding to the customer directly for rejected and query cases using Templates provided in CRM. For approved cases the Medical approval is given and the ticket moves to ROD Creation for further processing by FA Team

Handling mail Escalation by Zonal Team
Review of complaints in CRM , medical opinion provided in CRM .The opinion is then picked up by non medical ticket owner for further processing in PG & NCH Portals which are standalone Portals and not integrated with CRM.
Complaints escalated to CMD/ MD , medical opinion provided and responded to the customer directly from CRM for rejected & query cases. For approved cases, the complaint moves to FA Team for further processing.
