Who are we looking for?

Designation : Consultant (Graphic designing)
Experience Range : 4+ years

What is the work?

• Act as a design consultant, understanding business objectives and translating them into visual concepts
• Create engaging designs for:
  • Websites and landing pages
  • Social media creatives and ad banners
  • Marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, pitch decks)
  • Brand assets (logos, style guides, templates)
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure design consistency
• Review and improve existing design assets to enhance usability and brand alignment
• Provide design recommendations and best practices to stakeholders
• Manage multiple design assignments with tight timelines
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand identity, accessibility standards, and industry trends

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Design Consultant
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work
• Proficiency in design tools:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma / Sketch / Canva (as applicable)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for marketing, branding, and performance-driven campaigns
• Ability to present design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Experience working with web development or digital marketing teams
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience working with international clients or agency environments
