Consultant- Government Project(MSME Policy)

Experience Required: Minimum 12–15 years in consultancy, project management, government advisory, or business development roles.

Qualification: Postgraduate in Management, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or equivalent. PMP/Consulting certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership

Lead the consultancy division with a clear vision aligned to our mission and state/national development priorities.

Identify emerging sectors (e.g., MSMEs, green economy, infrastructure, digital governance) for consultancy interventions.

2. Project Development & Execution

Design and manage large-scale consulting projects with government departments, PSUs, and international agencies.

Oversee the preparation of DPRs, feasibility reports, policy drafts, and impact evaluations.

Ensure timely execution, quality control, and compliance in all consultancy assignments.

3. Client Engagement & Business Development

Act as the primary liaison with government clients (State & Central), ministries, and donor agencies.

Develop proposals, respond to RFPs/EOIs, and build strong client relationships to drive new business. Represent in key policy forums, stakeholder consultations, and national/international events.

4. Team Management

Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, researchers, and field staff.

Manage hiring, capacity building, and performance appraisal systems for the consultancy

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
