Consultant - Government Project Implementation (MSME Poliy)

Experience Required: Minimum 12–15 years in consultancy, project management, government advisory, or business development roles.

Qualification: Postgraduate in Management, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or equivalent. PMP/Consulting certifications preferred.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership

Lead the consultancy division with a clear vision aligned to company and state/national development priorities.

Identify emerging sectors (e.g., MSMEs, green economy, infrastructure, digital governance) for consultancy interventions.

2. Project Development & Execution

Design and manage large-scale consulting projects with government departments, PSUs, and international agencies.

Oversee the preparation of DPRs, feasibility reports, policy drafts, and impact evaluations. 

Ensure timely execution, quality control, and compliance in all consultancy assignments.

3. Client Engagement & Business Development

Act as the primary liaison with government clients (State & Central), ministries, and donor agencies.

Develop proposals, respond to RFPs/EOIs, and build strong client relationships to drive new business.

Represent in key policy forums, stakeholder consultations, and national/international events.

4. Team Management

Build and mentor a high-performing team of consultants, researchers, and field staff.

Manage hiring, capacity building, and performance appraisal systems for the consultancy

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
