Consultant - Dgtl. Trnf. - Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Process Management (BPM) company, you will collaborate with various teams to understand user requirements and co-create innovative digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include using storyboarding, task analysis, and user research tasks to capture user requirements. Additionally, you will assist in creating process flows and journey maps, develop user requirements, manage product backlogs, and liaise with different teams to document design options. Identifying opportunities for data and workflow automation, collaborating with developers and subject matter experts, and assisting in change management activities will also be part of your role.
