Consultant - Corporate Strategy

The Role: At Razorpay, we ve experienced a wonderful period of growth as a direct result of product depth and expanding product offerings. To continue on this trajectory, we are at a stage leading multiple new initiatives as well as scaling existing ones. We are searching for a highly qualified individual to drive strategy for the growing product functions and new initiatives at Razorpay (currently at a headcount of 800+). From day one, the candidate will have an immediate impact on leading strategic initiatives, overseeing a diverse set of programs, and helping keep the organization on track for the next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in teamwork, strategy design, cross-functional stakeholder management and program management with a special focus on executive advising. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Evaluate the performance of current business operations and recommend strategies and tactics to achieve business goals Owning organization-wide problem statements and gathering primary & secondary research to devise an overall strategy to solve for it Creating a hypothesis from various research conducted and testing them to come up with conclusive actionable strategies Aligning and communicating current trends to aid the business in decision making for future growth Develop analytical frameworks to support the company in new markets and products, drive analysis that could lead to innovative projects and boost the companys expansion. Mandatory Qualifications: At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work. You are curious by nature and interested in making an impact. Track record of strategic storytelling and being able to make compelling arguments to executive leadership Passion for collaboration, youre a great teammate. Being able to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength Self-starter attitude - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role Excellent program management skills - you bring some impressive know-how (and the understanding that theres always more to learn) Experience across consulting, market research, business analytics, strategy or related fields
