We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist with deep expertise in Alteryx to join our data-driven team. In this role, you will act as both a collaborator and a strategic backup to our primary BI resource. You will be at the heart of delivering high-quality, reliable, and visually engaging analytics solutions for our stakeholders.

Responsibilities

    • Create engaging, interactive dashboards using leading BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) that tell compelling stories through data.
    • Develop and fine-tune Alteryx workflows for seamless data integration, cleansing, and transformation across multiple sources.
    • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive BI solutions that add real value.
    • Perform rigorous data validation to ensure 100% accuracy and trustworthiness of insights.
    • Provide ad-hoc analytical support, troubleshoot issues, and offer quick turnaround solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with the analytics team to deliver projects on time and with impact.

Key Skills Requirements

    • Proficiency in Arabic (both written and spoken) along with strong English communication skills.
    • Proven track record in BI dashboard design and development.
    • Hands-on mastery of Alteryx Designer and Server with the ability to design efficient workflows.
    • Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL best practices, and SQL for robust analytics.
    • Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
