Job Description

As a Consultant with Mastercard Advisors, you will play a key role in contributing to client engagements across various industries and projects, including consulting services, test & learn, data, and analytics. You will work with technology and data to help develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients. Your responsibilities will include independently identifying issues, structuring analysis, synthesizing insights, preparing presentations, and delivering recommendations to clients. You will be expected to understand clients" needs, provide creative input into projects, and develop strong working relationships with entry-level clients. Additionally, you will contribute to proposal preparation, identify engagement risks, and support intellectual capital development. By bringing your problem-solving skills to the table, you will work closely with team members to drive high-value decisions and help shape the future of the organization. To qualify for this role, you should hold an undergraduate or master's degree and have work experience in a consulting organization. Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary, with SQL/data expertise being a plus. Candidates must be eligible to work in the country they are applying for and able to obtain travel visas as needed.
