Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client s business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic planning:
  • Develop and implement digital media strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
Client relationship management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for approvals, cross team coordination and reporting.
Campaign management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms (e. g. , social media, paid media, programmatic).
Team leadership:
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of digital specialists to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Performance analysis:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
Innovation and thought leadership:
  • Identify new opportunities, stay current with industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to clients.
Cross-functional collaboration:
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as planning and content, as well as external vendors.
