As an Analyst/Consultant in the Aerospace & Defence practice at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients and solve complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA landscape. You will be a part of the Intelligent Functions team, supporting Platforms-driven business design and assessment, providing subject matter expertise with a strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies. Your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their requirements, scoping solutions, and developing innovative solution designs that utilize Accenture's extensive service offerings. You will work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect, supporting end-to-end request for proposal requests and integrating with different ERP Solutions including SAP. Additionally, you will be responsible for business development activities, collaborating with sales teams in proposal generation and shaping solution plans for SAP transformations. To excel in this role, you must possess problem-solving skills, strong project management abilities, effective presentation and public speaking skills, and the capacity to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired. You should also have analytical skills to bring clarity to complex issues, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and cross-cultural competence to thrive in a dynamic environment. Managing and collaborating with key stakeholders onshore and onsite will be crucial to your success. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school, along with 6-15 years of SAP S4 HANA experience working on delivery engagements. Prior experience in aerospace & defence verticals is highly desirable, as is proven success in client-facing roles for large-scale transformation and implementation delivery programs.
