Job Description

As a Consultant in the Strategy & Transformation specialization within the Advisors & Consulting Services group at Mastercard, you will lead clients through impactful decision-making processes to address strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. You will utilize a wide range of problem-solving techniques to enhance the clients" overall strategy, performance, and operations. - Provide creative input on projects across various industries and problem statements - Contribute to developing strategies and programs for regional and global clients using data and technology solutions to unlock client value - Collaborate with the Mastercard team to understand clients" needs, agendas, and risks - Develop strong working relationships with client analysts/managers, serving as a trusted and reliable partner - Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clients - Independently identify issues within defined areas of analysis, structure, and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings - Lead internal and client meetings, contribute to project management, and enhance the firm's intellectual capital - Receive mentorship from consulting leaders for professional growth and development Basic qualifications: - Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management - Relevant client or internal stakeholder management experience - Logical, structured thinking, and an affinity for numerical analysis - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to handle multiple tasks with various clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Effective communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable) - Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying and apply for travel visas as needed Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement optimal solutions - Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties - Relevant industry expertise,
