Team Leadership and Management Guide Digital marketing team to complete day-to-day activities. Assign daily tasks & take reporting from team members. Revenue and Business Development Responsible to achieve the business revenue by proper plan & execution of Digital marketing activities (weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis). Lead generation, Client negotiation to close the sales lead. Generate Sales leads for IT product through Digital marketing activities. Identify new markets and new customers & generate leads to provide sufficient load to sales team. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization SEO, Social Media Marketing SMM, Google Ad-words, Blogs/product information submissions. Experience in building organic traffic via Digital Campaigns, Keyword Research. Website conversion optimization, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media and Paid Advertising campaigns. Create and Drive social media, PR strategy. Identify, plan and manage branding activities, events and technical meets in consultation with Management. Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion. Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the website(s). Fix any errors or bugs in online content. Create, edit and post videos, content to online sites. Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management. Write copy for email marketing campaigns, internal newsletters. Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
