We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Construction Supervisor.

Experience: 5-6 years

Location: VileParle, Mumbai

Job Description:

 Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for residential projects.

 Manage and direct site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth

project execution.

 Review and interpret project drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

 Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to project schedules and

budgets.

 Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.

 Enforce site safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local

regulations and company standards.

 Identify and resolve any on-site issues, delays, or conflicts efficiently.

 Maintain accurate records, including daily site reports, attendance logs, and material

inventories.

 Collaborate with the Project Manager and design teams to ensure any design or

scope changes are communicated and implemented properly.

 Oversee delivery, storage, and proper use of construction materials and equipment.

 Coordinate with clients, architects, and inspectors during site visits and handovers.

 Ensure all homes or residential units are completed to quality standards and ready

for client handover on schedule.
