Construction Supervisor (Patiala)

Role Overview: As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include managing workers and subcontractors, coordinating schedules, enforcing safety protocols, inspecting work quality, and communicating project status to managers and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Project oversight: Manage daily activities, ensure projects meet deadlines and stay within budget, and implement changes as needed. - Workforce management: Supervise and assign tasks to workers and subcontractors, monitor their performance, and help resolve any on-site disputes. - Safety and compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections to identify hazards, and ensure workers follow all safety procedures. - Quality control: Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure it adheres to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards. - Communication: Act as the main point of contact between site crews, subcontractors, and project managers. Report on progress, coordinate with vendors, and facilitate clear communication across all levels. - Planning and scheduling: Coordinate the daily work schedule for the crew and plan project activities to keep them on track. - Administrative duties: Maintain records, such as attendance and progress reports. Review construction plans and manage material orders and deliveries. Qualification Required: - Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA regulations. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with various stakeholders. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. - Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications. - Certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.,
