Key Responsibilities include overseeing onshore construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. You will develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, coordinating construction activities with stakeholders, conducting site visits to monitor progress, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality requirements, managing procurement, providing progress reports to senior management, and contributing to safety protocols on project sites. To qualify for this role, you should have 3 to 5+ years of onshore construction management experience in the EPCI industry, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in civil engineering or construction management, experience in oil and gas, renewable energy, or power generation sectors, strong project management skills, understanding of construction methods and technologies, knowledge of industry regulations and safety requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
