Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Specialist based in Delhi, India. The Construction Specialist will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with architectural plans, conducting inspections, and managing project budgets. The role also involves utilizing Microsoft Office for project documentation and communication, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely project completion.

• Experience in Construction and Architecture
• Proficiency in Budgeting for construction projects
• Skills in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and communication
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus
