Construction Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting the Completions Manager in facilitating system turnover by collaborating closely with the Client, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and QA/QC project teams. Your role will involve collecting data for input to project process engineering for the establishment of system boundaries and participating in constructability reviews to ensure efficient systems completion and turnover. Key Responsibilities: - Show high regard for personal safety and the safety of workmates, ensuring the work area is free of hazards - Actively participate in CBI Continuous Improvement Programs and other programs supporting the achievement of Company and project goals - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for construction work - Source all construction equipment and construction aids - Determine project staff and labor requirements and coordinate recruitment, training, and induction - Oversee industrial relations matters to ensure all site activities comply with relevant awards and CBI policy - Maintain overall safety, cost, schedule, and quality performance of construction projects - Actively participate in CBIs Value Awareness Program, encouraging all employees to participate and submitting suggested improvements to the Project Manager - Ensure all employees are appropriately trained to perform their job safely and provided with a safe work environment, in compliance with legislative requirements - Develop systems and procedures to track and report on Project KPIs such as schedule, productivity, progress, and costs - Develop estimating norms based on actual project performance Qualification Required: - Btech/ BE - Mechanical (Note: The additional details of the company provided were omitted from the Job Description),
