Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities on our construction sites. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing labor, materials, and site coordination to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage labor and subcontractors on site
• Maintain daily work records and site reports
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and vendors
• Monitor progress and report updates to the management
• Ensure materials are available as per work schedules
• Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings and plans
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to handle labor and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Local candidates preferred
