Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and site operations. Ensure work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Allocate tasks and monitor daily productivity. Maintain records of manpower, materials, and work progress. Check quality of materials and workmanship. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and suppliers. Resolve on-site issues and provide quick solutions. Prepare and submit daily progress reports. Required Skills: Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to read drawings and plans. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Good communication and reporting skills.
