Construction Sales and Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and helping to grow the company’s customer base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups.
• Present and promote company products/services to new and existing customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.
• Track sales performance and report regularly to the sales manager.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Support the creation of content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Help organize promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
• Familiarity with marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Google Ads is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities (depending on market) may be an asset.
• willing to travel different types of sites(all over India).
