As a Construction Project Coordinator within the Interior Design / Construction Department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing interior design and construction projects. With 4-5 years of experience, your responsibilities will involve ensuring the successful execution of tasks within the planned timeline and budget. Your focus will be on facilitating communication between design teams, contractors, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day activities of interior design and construction projects, creating and monitoring project timelines, managing project budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth execution. You will also oversee procurement, conduct site visits, maintain project documentation, address issues promptly, ensure compliance with regulations, communicate with clients, and maintain quality control throughout the project.
