Construction Mechanical Engineer

This position is for 1 year contract with LTTS only initially later can convert for On role

Exp. In Chemical / Sp. Chemical / Pharma / Petrochemical Industry
Responsible for Mechanical Works such as Equipment Erection, Piping works, etc.Coordinate with ContractorSupervise Contractors personnel in the field and prefabricationEnsure compliance with HSE standards and regulationsAssist to client for finalizing contractor, material vendorResponsible for checking of fit up of piping (Fabrication Shop) WorksTo understand P&ID and Isometric drawings for Piping worksTo forecasting requirement of material, manpower and tools & tackles as per work front & project requirementsResponsible for erection of Piping as per Isometric/P&IDMonitor the work activities with regard to full compliance with the work permits and to detect further unsafe conditions or actionsReport all safety observations & induced measures in reportEnsure compliance with project standards and specificationsCheck and ensure right sequence of workflowCo-ordinate with other contractor's personnel for interfaces.Keeping track record of increasing of quantity w.r.t BOQ and same to inform the client for amendmentFollow up status of the work and compare planned and actual figuresReporting of deficiencies regarding quality of the workMonitor contractor's personnel planned and actualCompile and follow up of punch items listCo-ordinate with other external team membersLog and file all document necessary for daily work and as builtCheck and execute isometric drawingsPreparation of test packs and material for hydro testsResponsible for certification of Contractor RA bill.Support for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Works

Experience : 7 + years
