Job Description

Strategic Focus

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders.
  • Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
  • Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.

Operational Focus

  • 1. Project Planning & Execution:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end construction process for assigned real estate projects.
  • Develop detailed construction schedules and execution plans in line with project milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural, structural, and MEP drawings during execution.
  • 2. Site Management & Supervision:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and manpower.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve execution-related issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • 3. Contractor & Vendor Management:

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage contractors and vendors for civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
  • Review contractor work progress and certify work done in coordination with billing and project controls teams.
  • Enforce contractual obligations and address performance or compliance issues.
  • 4. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Ensure that all construction work meets company standards, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct periodic audits and inspections.
  • Ensure safety standards (EHS) are strictly followed at all times on-site.
  • 5. Budget & Cost Control:

  • Monitor project budgets, material usage, and cost variances.
  • Provide inputs for BOQs, project estimates, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials and labor to avoid delays or overruns.
  • 6. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed project documentation including daily progress reports, checklists, and as-built drawings.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
  • Support audits, handover, and completion certification processes.
