Job Description

Role Overview: At JLL, you will be part of a team that is shaping the future of real estate by providing world-class services, advisory, and technology to clients. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in construction project management, commercial real estate, and architecture, while contributing to a brighter future both professionally and personally. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner - Utilize and apply all PDS technology required for assigned projects - Develop and execute project-specific goals, schedules, budgets, and strategies - Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria to meet both JLL and client needs - Coordinate due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team, project partners, clients, and end users - Act as the primary contact with the client throughout the project duration - Guide the client and team through the design implementation process - Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and ensure successful project execution within intended timeframes - Manage project performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path items on multiple projects - Identify, manage, and mitigate areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risks - Contribute to the refinement of best practices and standards of excellence within JLL Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of practical experience in construction project management - Experience in commercial real estate, architecture, and construction preferred - Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders - Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling and Budget software - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management About JLL: JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate, with operations in over 80 countries.
