Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Estimation & Billing Engineer at BAHL BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED. The role is based in New Delhi, with the flexibility for partial remote work. Key responsibilities include preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), performing rate analysis, managing billing systems, and conducting quantity surveying to ensure accurate estimates and billing. The Engineer will collaborate with teams to maintain cost efficiency and analyze project requirements to support effective resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing BOQ and conducting Quantity Surveying
• Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Rate Analysis
• Experience with Billing Systems and project cost management
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of relevant construction practices and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in construction estimation and billing is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software tools is an advantage
