Other common tasks include updating plans and elevations and creating site plans. Responsible for developing schematic design and design development sets and assisting with working drawings. Additionally, tasks related to 3D modeling, rendering, and creating furniture layouts, preparing permit sets, as-built and demolition drawings, researching concepts, and developing concepts and proposal drawings are common with placements.
