Responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E for projects, while ensuring all designs adhere to building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess skills in space planning and interior design, experience in creating construction drawings and knowledge of FF&E specification and selection. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential, along with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a must, and experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects is considered advantageous.,
