Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress accordingly. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality standards are met within budget constraints. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. 🔍 Candidate Attributes: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
