🌟 Position: Construction and Interior Project Coordinator 🌟 📍 Location : Kochi, Kerala 👨‍💼 Experience: Minimum 2 year 🎯 Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee construction and interior projects from inception to completion. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress accordingly. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality standards are met within budget constraints. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. 🔍 Candidate Attributes: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of building codes, regulations Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
