Role & Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site execution and coordination for premium residential projects Manage contractors, vendors, and site labor Track project timelines, materials, and budgets Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with drawings and safety standards Coordinate with design and client teams to ensure smooth implementation Prepare site reports, BOQs, and billing documentation Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering 27 years of experience in residential project execution Strong knowledge of construction workflows, materials, and RCC detailing Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
