Connectivity Operations Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist at Open Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless connections between providers and internal teams within the Connectivity Department. Your mission involves managing various operational tasks to maintain efficiency and compliance in all processes. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Assist in preparing quotations and other documentation to support operational efficiency. - Prepare and manage customer quotations, contracts, and related documentation. - Support negotiation processes and assist in closing deals. - Handle invoice-related activities, including checking, sharing, and compiling invoices. - Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, and Implementation to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain timelines and accuracy for invoice processing and follow-ups. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational guidelines. - Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience. **Your Profile:** - A positive and proactive work attitude, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. - A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Economics, or similar. - 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales operations or a similar role (experience in telecommunications is a strong plus). - Strong understanding of quotation, contract, and invoicing processes. - Proficiency in Excel & Word, Salesforce & Dynamics (a great plus). - Fluency in English (spoken & written). - Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. **What we offer:** Join a cybersecurity team that cares passionately about keeping customers safe, thinks unconventionally, works collaboratively, and strives to make things simple.
