Role & responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation of the Configuration Management process defined by the Safran group
It must ensure that all configuration items are recorded in the CMDB with the correct attributes/relationships, in accordance with applicable CM policies and data quality objectives. Execution of Configuration Management process tasks in accordance with Safran group requirements. Supporting Configuration Management reporting (KPIs and customer SLAs). Contribute to configuration management reporting (KPIs and customer SLAs). Create and update the Configuration Management documentation ( process, work instructions, best practices), Participate to the Configuration Management Community at Group level : workhops, actions plan, work instructions, best practices. Follow up SLA and propose new operational KPIs on Configuration Management activities.

Preferred candidate profile

In-depth knowledge of Configuration Management principles.

Minimum 1.5 years of Configuration Management experience.

Relevant ITIL Certification would be an added advantage.

Good Knowledge on Power BI report configuration will be appreciated
