Job Description

Job Title - Condition Monitoring Analyst

Location: Chennai Perungudi

Job Type :1 year extendable contract - Randstad Payroll.

Years of exp - 1 to 8

Education

Analyzes condition monitoring data (S•O•SSM, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze condition monitoring data (e.g. S•O•S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history)
Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data
Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g., S•O•S Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives
Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data
Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution
Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership
Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealer
Field/Trouble shooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile and Construction Industries would be an added advantage.
Roles and responsibilities of Condition Monitoring advisor -Monitoring the health of the assets, the advisor will get an indication through a tool, Analysing the issue, how the issue can be fixed, what measures can be taken, and some other recommendations will also be given by the advisor to the dealer. The information will be provided to the dealer by the advisor in a Pdf format . The advisor will talk to the dealer and the dealer will talk to the customer.
