Incuspaze is seeking a talented and creative Concept Designer with at least 3 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing commercial spaces, with proficiency in AutoCAD, V-Ray, SketchUp, and PowerPoint. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing design solutions for commercial real estate projects that align with our brand and client needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present creative design concepts for commercial projects, including office spaces, coworking environments, and other commercial real estate developments. Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to translate project requirements and brand identity into innovative design concepts. Use AutoCAD to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings. Create 3D visualizations and renderings using V-Ray and SketchUp, ensuring designs are accurate and visually compelling. Prepare presentations and design proposals in PowerPoint to effectively communicate concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders. Assist in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently. Keep up to date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the table. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Concept Designer, preferably in the real estate or commercial design industry. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, V-Ray, SketchUp, and PowerPoint. Experience in designing and visualizing commercial spaces, with a solid understanding of functional and aesthetic requirements. A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in the commercial real estate sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and team members. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box. Preferred: Experience working on coworking spaces or office interiors. Knowledge of the latest trends in commercial real estate design. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
