Job Title: Guest Relations Executive Location: Noida/ Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai Department: Operations Job Summary: The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing a high level of hospitality and customer service to clients, guests, and visitors. The role requires a proactive, presentable, and customer-focused professional with prior experience in the hospitality industry, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome all clients, guests, and visitors professionally and warmly. Assist in client check-ins, guest registrations, and facility orientation. Provide concierge services, including booking conference rooms, and handling visitor queries. Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client requests and concerns. Act as the first point of contact for any service-related escalations and resolve issues effectively. Conduct regular client engagement activities to enhance satisfaction and retention. Manage the reception desk, incoming calls, and emails efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and service delivery. Maintain an organized and welcoming front office area, ensuring cleanliness and ambiance. Liaise with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams to maintain high service standards. Assist in monitoring and coordinating office supplies, catering, and event logistics. Assist in planning and executing events, community-building initiatives, and client engagement activities. Support marketing and business development teams in hosting prospective clients and partners. Key Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a 5-star hospitality environment or equivalent premium service industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. Communication Skills: Fluent in English and local language, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software, email management). Personality & Traits: Smart, presentable, and customer-oriented with an adaptable and positive attitude.
