We are looking for a seasoned Computer Vision Research Consultant to join us part-time as a technical guide and advisor . This is a strategic consulting role designed for an expert who enjoys helping shape the direction of applied computer vision products and wants to collaborate with a technical team already in execution. 🔧 Role Responsibilities Guide and validate computer vision architecture and approaches across multiple products. Suggest suitable techniques for problems like: Visual measurement from photographs Texture/pattern matching across large image datasets 2D/3D reconstruction and geometry estimation Feature extraction and similarity scoring Provide research insight into relevant papers, pre-trained models, and best practices Review models or prototype results and recommend improvements Help ensure that solutions are both technically sound and practically scalable ✅ Ideal Background 5+ years of experience in computer vision R&D or applied ML/AI engineering Advanced degree (preferably PhD or Master’s with publications) in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related fields Experience with: Feature-based or learning-based image matching Object detection, segmentation, and measurement extraction Tools like OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Detectron2, etc. Bonus: Familiarity with 3D reconstruction or VR/AR pipelines Experience with projects involving scientific imaging or material/textural analysis 💡 What You’ll Get Freedom to work remotely with flexible hours (avg. 10–15 hrs/week) A lean and technically competent team eager to build with your guidance An opportunity to shape impactful, real-world AI products Competitive pay for advisory-level involvement 📬 How to Apply 👉 Apply via LinkedIn Show more Show less
