Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Computer Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training on computer fundamentals, MS Office tools, internet usage, and digital literacy. Experience in teaching basic coding or software applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on basic and advanced computer applications.
• Train learners in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet tools, and digital safety.
• Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and practical assignments.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual support and feedback.
• Maintain training records and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest IT tools and trends.
• Use interactive teaching methods and tools to enhance learner engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, internet usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patience and a learner-focused attitude.

Good to Have (Optional Skills)

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Python, or basic coding.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with government or NGO digital literacy programs.
• Certifications like NIELIT/CCC/DOEACC/Google Digital Skills.
