As a Trainer of Trainers for the SkillPlus Program at our Hubli, Karnataka location (Deshpande Educational Trust), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of on-ground training and supporting the professional development of trainers. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, certifying, and training new trainers, designing and implementing training modules, conducting refresher courses, providing feedback and mentoring to trainers, establishing performance review systems, and collaborating with internal teams to bridge skill gaps through workshops.
