Trainer of Trainers

As a Trainer of Trainers for the SkillPlus Program at our Hubli, Karnataka location (Deshpande Educational Trust), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of on-ground training and supporting the professional development of trainers. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, certifying, and training new trainers, designing and implementing training modules, conducting refresher courses, providing feedback and mentoring to trainers, establishing performance review systems, and collaborating with internal teams to bridge skill gaps through workshops. You will also be required to visit colleges regularly to monitor training delivery and gather feedback. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in a Train the Trainer model, hands-on experience in on-site training delivery, and prior involvement in content development projects. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, proven training, mentoring, and feedback capabilities, project planning and management experience, innovative and critical thinking, proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), and familiarity with tools like MS Word, Excel, and Canva are essential skills and competencies required for this position. Additionally, you should be willing to engage in periodic upskilling to stay technically current. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hubli with a travel requirement of 20-30% for monitoring and evaluating trainers on-ground.
