Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Computer Trainer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in IT concepts, practical computer skills, and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions. This role requires excellent communication, teaching abilities, and a dedication to helping learners build their computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver computer training programs to students/trainees.
• Conduct classroom and practical sessions in a clear and effective manner.
• Provide hands-on guidance to students in various computer applications and IT tools.
• Prepare training materials, exercises, and assessments to support learning outcomes.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and incorporate them into training.
• Maintain proper records of attendance, progress, and performance.

Requirements

• Education/Certification: Relevant IT or computer training certification (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the field of computer training.
• Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet applications, and IT tools.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring learners of diverse backgrounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
