Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Computer Science Mentor (Faculty). The primary responsibilities include teaching and mentoring students in computer science subjects, developing educational materials and resources, conducting lectures and workshops, and assisting students in job-specific skill preparation. The mentor will play a key role in helping students build a strong foundation in computer science concepts and prepare for their careers in the tech industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core computer science concepts, including Data Structures, Algorithms, and Programming Languages like Python, Java, C++, or related technologies
• Experience with teaching, mentoring, or conducting training programs in technical subjects
• Familiarity with interview preparation, coding challenges, and programming problem-solving techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and guide students
• Adaptability and passion for helping students achieve their career goals
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with competitive programming or prior industry exposure is a plus
